Shibo (Shanghai) Industrials Co., Ltd. is located on the 4th floor of 567 North Songwei Road, Songjiang, Shanghai, and is in the national-level Songjiang Economic&Technological Development Zone. The company is formerly known as Shanghai Shi Bo precision mold Co., Ltd., originally engaged in die manufacturing. At present, the main function of Shibo Industrials is import and export business and acting as business platform of Suzhou Wboda Auto Parts Co., Ltd. The main business scope of Shibo Industrials is to provide various kinds of stamping parts and dies R&D, production and manufacturing support for the automotive, medical equipment and household appliances industries, as well as related import and export services for mechanical equipment and accessories. Core business of the company is consisted of two portions: 1, stamping department: We provide small and medium parts stamping production all-round supporting services to major automotive enterprises. Since its inception, the company has provided more than 50 stamping parts for SAIC General Motors, Fiat and SAIC Volkswagen and other factories, and won unanimous praise from customers. 2, stamping die department: mainly devoted to the research and manufacture of automotive large-scale casting progressive die, medium and small-sized progressive die, small and medium-sized multi-station die, small and medium-sized single-process casting die and other automatic dies, which improved production efficiency and greatly saved labor costs. We are specified in progressive stamping die design and manufacturing. Capacity of our punching machine is ranging from 200T to 800 T, and capacity of hydraulic press is up to 1000T. CNC processing center can accommodate up to 4 meters. Production through progressive stamping die enables customer to save manufacturing cost, time and will also help to reduce failure rate of final products.
